Ok so I'm new on here and really dont know much about lasers.

I've owned a few and what not, I have this 100mw green one and It uses a UltraFire LC 10440 500mAh 3.6V rechargeable battery (AAA size) so me being dumb decides hey I bet the laser would be more powerful if I used a 9V battery and I didnt stop to think that, hey this might break it!, so I just went ahead and did it and what do you know it wont work now.

So I just wanted to know if its just broken or if there is a way to fix it? I really know little to nothing about electrical related stuff so I wasnt too sure what to search for on google, hence why I've come here.

The laser is a 100mw pen sized green laser pointer.

I assume this is a 532nm? Those DPSS modules are either 3V or a max of 5V. If you connected it to 9V it is toast. No it's not fixable, just buy a new one.
