Looking for an anlog Driver 405nm/500mW. Any Suggestions?

I am looking for an not to expensive analog driver for the S06J 12X 405 from dtr. the driver should be adjustable! I want to regulate the current (if possible downto <5W to the diode for experiments).

I can sold, but i have no oscilloscope to look for ripples and spikes.

Can anyone suggest me a ready made driver under $20 ? Or can anyone give me a diy circuit layout with low ripple and no spikes?

Analog drivers are typically more than $20. I recommend you check out the FlexMod P3 over at illumination supply.

The FlexMod has a very impressive price for such a small device with so few components on it. Any alternatives?
