I agree with bhwollen^^ Here you can find High Quality Modules/Diode/Driver for 50$.

Dino already has relatively cheap 473s:

That's not a horrible thing if it's cheap. Though judging by the style of their 473nm lasers, I think they're actually sourcing from BobLaser. I believe BobLaser has 589s.
