I'm sorry i know it somewhere on this forum but i can't seem to find it even with the search bar :thinking:

So, could someone provide me the L1117 driver schematic or lead me to the proper thread?

its the same as a lm317 schematic..

so just substitute the LM317T with a L1117 regulator.

Shouldn't there be a ghange in the resistors?

uhh yes..
and you use resistors to set the current... doesnt matter what regulator it is..
so if you want to use it for a phr diode
use 10+1 ohm resistors in series for 11ohm so you get about 114mA..
