I have driver for blue laser.

how to control the TTL?

Initially, the laser lights. If close contact TTL it off. But I'm not sure what I should do. Post on ground TTL or apply +5 volts?

(for that would turn off the laser)

The laser is used to show and TTL flashes through it stronger or weaker the heat?

That is, there is the pull-up resistor?

(See the track from the TTL through a resistor 102 to the transistor)

This is typical for chinese made drivers, it lets them use the same driver for lasers that do not have any control systems. There is a pullup resistor that keeps the laser on with floating input (this is normally considered unsafe so most higher quality laser systems have pulldown resistors to turn the laser off with no signal)
