How to pulse a laser?

Just keep in mind, as I've said elsewhere, when you use PWM to reduce brightness, you don't actually reduce the eye-hazard of the laser. If you're using a 20% duty cycle PWM on a 1W laser, and the LPM reads 200mW, it is still as dangerous as the full 1W, not the 200mW reading.
