First Noob Question-- Differences In Output Between Batteries

This may seem completely obvious or an extremley stupid question but, I just completed my first build it's a boring C6 445 from this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=XyfrNsoxaQ4#! and I know it requires 2x 3.7s on a linear driver or 1x 18650 on a boost but was wondering.... What would the output be if I only used 2x 3v batteries in it. I know you can't be exact but does anybody have an educated guess? I'm in the process of building an LMP so I can't test it yet. (For the record I've been able to search my other questions and find the answers but on this I'm stumped)

It really depends on what current you driver is set, considering the baterries you use can supply the input.

I can tell you this: I have a 1.5W rifle that takes two 3.7 volt 16340s and I used to have a spartan that takes two 3 volt CR123s. lots of time people confuse the two, though I have seen cr123s for sale at 3.7 volts but never 16340s at 3 volts. at first I only had one pair of 3.7 volt batteries, so when they died, I popped in my cr123s 3 volt batteries. there was a noticeable difference in power output. my rifle can't achieve full power on 3 volt cr123s, only fully charged 16340s (or 18350s too, in my case)
