In perusing various TTL modulatable LD driver circuits on google, I found this one:

Max I of 350ma, in only an 8 pin package with minimal support components. A 5 pin SMD version is also available.
Has anyone worked with this item? It LOOKS to be VERY functional for those of us who have applications requiring diodes like the PHRs.

I am also LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS on other SIMPLE modulatable-to-10kHz+ LD drivers capable of delivering constant current 300ma+ to a LD.
