Default Current & Tension regulated power supply

This is a very simple current & tension regulated power supply with current limit visual alarm. it's based on two lm 317 one for voltage and one for current, i dont like pretty much Lm's but it can save you when you are running low of time and need to implement a quickly regulated power supply.

here is the circuit

the -10V input it's used to the voltage regulator, with this the output range can be 0 to aprox 27V, you can pass this input but you only able to go for aprox 1.5v to to 30v and not for 0V

the red Led indicates when the current output reach the limit of current given by Rx, so depends on Rx when the led turn On(note that rx do not limit the current, is just used for a visual alarm), this can be useful when you dont want to burn your LD

hope this help some one
