I didn't have any trouble with the inner ring,
But I cant figure out how to make a hollow pad

Also if there is a standard size for the + and - pad that would be good to know.

I don't know about eagle names in the software but you should create a "circle with a hole in the middle" and change the width of the track and diameter.

I'm not on any of my computers right now so I can't open eagle and look. I will be at mine in a few minutes and will check it out.

Speaking fo eagle, I am finiding it very difficult to find parts available for sale at digikey, that are also in the library, and trying to cross match them is proving time consuming. It almost seems quicker to just pick out all my parts, and then create my own library for them.

Forgot about this thread,
Here is what I ended up doing, probably not the "right way" of doing it,
but it worked...

I endned up drawing a circle and making it thick,
But when connecting the + and - pins, it didn't pick up the thick circle as a pad,
so I just randomly put a pad under the circle,

This almost worked, but when i uploaded it to OSHPark, they put soldermask over the whole circle except for the pad,

So I manualy added a no soldermask area to the pad,
and I was good to go.
