Anyone selling preassembled Benboosts?

Hello,
I went to check the prices to make my own Benboost but here in Israel all the components are more expensive so I figured it will kinda be the same price for me to buy components and solder, and for someone here to do it for me.
Soo I searched and searched here on the forum and in google for pre assembled ben boosts IN STOCK and found nothing.
Anyone offers them? For how much, and how much shipping?
I figured you can put them in a regular mail envelope and the price will be as low as a letter.

I am curious about this as well. I have asked around and it looks like Mohrenberg was the last person who assembled them for Clif. Moh so far hadn't replied to my PM (I guess I offended him with my comment about Krytons ) Ask him, perhaps he is planning on making a batch soon.

I am planning on making a few for myself, but I have never soldered SMD so it will most likely be a big fiasco.

Yeah, not only that I never soldered SMD, but if someone decides to make a batch, even of 25 drivers, the price goes down a couple bucks or so.

have you tried other parts suppliers? Mouser?
