Any good 15270 batteries on ebay or elsewhere for sale?

Quick question:

Do any of you have suggestions for vendors that sell reasonable quality 15270 rechargable cells?

Problem is i have a couple of them that were destroyed due to over-discharge in a small laser i lended to someone, and they are beyond repair by now (have been sitting flat for months, will not take a charge etc).

As these are unprotected cells this is to be expected and not a problem as such. The ones i got were 'ultrafire' branded (no idea of how fake they are, i think they came with the laser from DX), with a rather optimistic rating of 800 mAh on the label.

Given their size i don't believe that to begin with, but i would like to replace them with something at least half decent. Are there any cells in this form factor for sale that provide say a real 500 mAh capacity at reasonable cost?

That's good to hear, but sadly they seem to be no longer producing/shipping this item. I could go on ebay to try and find it, but chances are i'd find some rip-off that looks exactly the same in the pictures and comes as something inferior.

I've seen this similar thing on DX:
UltraFire Rechargeable 3.0V 800mAh CR2 15270 Batteries w/ Charger (Pair) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme

Reviews there seem pretty positive, but also sound like most are from people with little technical background.

I don't need them to supply an idiotic amount of current, perhaps 300 mA or so, which would realistically be 0.5 to 1 C if the capacity was labeled accurately.

I don't think we have those stores here in the Netherlands.

I've never really seen rechargeables of this size in any stores, only the CR123 type and those are a rare find.

Real 400 mAh capacity would be great, i think those ultrafires are far under that figure despite saying 800 mAh or something silly on them.

I'll throw these Li-FePO4's again from Tmart.com SKU88018713 I know "LiFeO4" are usually lower Amp...
Twice the price of their Ultrafire and rated at a truer 400mah makes me think they might be better. Also these cheapie "GreatPower" white cells:undecided:

Edit: Shipping from them is also way up there on batteries I just noticed.

10 bucks for a pair seems quite expensive for those really.

I think the ultrafire ones came with the 'dilda' laser from DX, but i suppose they don't sell that anymore.

The ones i had were actually killed by letting them run empty and not charging them up for a long time. It's not a valuable laser at all but would be nice to have back and running.
