I have some that I got about a month ago. I have not yet had a chance to test them yet as I am waiting on some hosts and drivers. Only thing I have done with them is charge them.

Did you get them from that site that I linked?

Just want to know if they are trust worthy to order from...

The ones I got, were from an E-bay seller. (his last ones) And they are slightly different looking on the positive contact pad. (than the ones pictured in the site I linked above...

I got them off eBay buy I believe they are from the same seller. Another note these are a tad longer than the 32650's from Feilong and if you are going to get an Ehgemus host you may want to send them to him so he can fit it as the dimensions that he has for a 32650 host is for the Feilong ones.

Yep they are longer because of the protection circuit...

In a 2 cell Maglite, 2 X unprotected 32650's will fit with just shortening the spring at the tail cap. But two of these protected ones, will need some machine work to bore out the tail cap a little, and a very short spring re-mounted to the inside of the tail cap. (and machined to bare metal for the spring contact on the inside of the tail cap as well)

Nice find, have you posted links to these in your maglite tutorials?

EDIT: I've got a question for you :D will you ever offer a sst-90 maglite mod? those crazy LED's output over 2200lumens but thats at 9amps, although it would probably work best with a maglite 4D cause even 2 6000mah cells wont survive long

Hmmm... interesting, thanks for mentioning your findings on that!

I'm going to use 2 cells on a Phlatlight red, and also the driver I showed you... (I'll try it at 7 Amps first to see how it works out)

I put links to the protected cells yes, but with a note that a custom taiil cap mod will be needed to fit two in a 2D Maglite. I like the fit much better using 2 X 32600's or non-protected 32650's...

About the SST-90. I suppose I would build per order. But I would guess that most won't want to pay for the high dollar emitter and driver needed for one of those bad boys... Run time won't be too good unless you go for more cells like you mentioned...
