i really like those but that websites a bit too much for me. i dont have that much cash right now so im looking for somewhere cheap. shipping at light hound is i think $20 to canada

You should look around and see if there is any site that sells name-brand 18650s as cheap as you want it. They may not exist.

I found a set of A123 LiFePO4 18650s on eBay a couple days ago, was around $10 for a set of 4. I ordered 4 of them, so we'll see how they do. The seller says they're new, so that'd probably be a fairly good value. They're rated for 1100mAh, and free shipping to Canada. Seller's store on eBay here.
