Which 18650s fit inside the Cree Aurora C6?

The two 18650s I have are Ultrafire protected batteries. However, they are a little too wide to fit into the battery screw cap for the C6 host.

Anyone know of some 18650s that would either fit or an alternate method of getting the contact required?

Any brand name unprotected cell should fit in your host.

Since they have been thru stringent U.L. #1642 testing, IMO they are safe.

I like Samsung and Panasonic/Sanyo cells.

So maybe the problem isn't the battery but rather I need to just solder blob a round cut circuit board or something like that?

Most common size for the circuit board is 17mm in diameter.

I have some old 17mm boards if you need one.
