I'm waiting on ~10 lights that are being modded. After I get them, I'll definitely sell off a few of my unmodded ones.
For example I'd like to put my Eagletac G25CS Mark II out to pasture... the finish took a beating from being in my pocket, but it works like new. Bought it for $109, since it looks dinged up (isn't but it does look like it), I'd sell it for $80 or a fair offer + shipping.
Or Fandyfire rook... just never use it anymore. Nice little light, like new, used for maybe 20 minutes. $35 shipped.
I'll go through my stuff, and PM you a list, anything you like just make me an offer.
Gonna be this weekend... I need to do some serious digging to figure out what I have exactly. I have a decent estimation, but I feel I'm missing some things.
I've got a SkyRay King (3x XM-L2 U2) 4x 18650 flooder, WF-501B w/ XM-L2 U2 drop in @ ~2.5A (1x 18650) EDC, a craftsman 4xC cell unknown LED tight beam thrower (about 600lm), and a 1W 365nm WF-501B.
It's a modest collection but pretty much satisfies my needs. I want a >40W HID, an EagleTac SX25L3, and either a Phlatlight Red or a NIR (700-848nm) flooder.
Today was a damn good day in flashlight land. If it wasn't for a small leg injury I'd be outside playing with my new lights right now
Received the two Supfire M6's I ordered over a month ago.
Also received a Nitecore SRT3, a Zebralight SC52w, a TK75, modded, and back from Vinh, as well as crelant 7G5v2 modded.
About a week ago I also received a modded TN31, and Supbeam K40.
The TN31 and K40 I've had a chance to use outside a few times now, and they are literally portable searchlights, shooting out extremely crisp spotlight beams. At ~500 and ~400kcd respectively they put to shame all of my other throwes.
Can't wait for my leg to heal up so I can go on a nice long walk with these lights
The TN31 and K40 are something else altogether outside. I mean ~1.4 kilometer reach... it's awesome to see. In a way even more impressive than a laser beam.
I hope you like it. Fenix, to me are over priced. I wish I bought a modded K40 but missed out on those. Interested to see how you like the TK75, please do a review!
There are cheaper similar lights out there, which are more or less copies, like the solarstorm, but the TK75 is really not overpriced on a quality & performance basis.
If I had to pick just one light to get stranded with for a week, the TK75 would be it. You can grab them for $199 for the new xml2 version, or even better get the Vinh modded tk75 for $220, which is driven harder on high, and has better heatsinking.
Just pulled the trigger on an Eagletac TX25C2. Been eyeing it for a while and couldn't resist the price. Modded/dedomed it's supposed to be able to hit around ~40kcd, still pumping out 1000+ lumens, which is incredible given it's size.
