I have a Fenix LD-20, a Cree with a Q5 LED from China that puts out about 300 lumens, but my favorite is my EDC from Fenix....the LDO1. I reversed the clip and use it as a hat light when camping....my favorite hobby.

Fall camp trip 2010 short - YouTube

I also have an old Surefire that I keep in the car. I don't like it though..

Update: I just ordered one of these :D :

need a new hat light

Where did erns go? I miss his flashlight reviews. :(

Anyway, I have a DRY on the way plus a few other stuff :D. Set aside some tax refund money for more lights and lasers!

I found an iNova Radiant in the garbage can at a gas station. Took it apart and all that was wrong with it was a little dust on the circuit board where the spring makes the negative connection. Brightest handheld flashlight I've ever own.

Congratulations! Good lights that you find will always be special. Especially because since you have no financial investment, you won't think so hard about modding it

I would consider leaving out where you found the light next time you tell the story :shhh: :p

Recently I have build my DRY flashlight with three XML T6 leds. I am waiting for a proper driver. It is now DD with one diode to drop some voltage. I estimate the current is around 3A. This flashlight is a bright flooder.
