At some university campus where I live nearby they had a bomb scare when someone found a flashlight wrapped in electrical tape :tinfoil:

I once responded to a call on the police scanner of a suspicious package. Turns out it was women's clothing... shot this photo of them peering at it frustratedly.

i have, but im talking like a new package or pipe or something that normally wouldnt be thrown away. was just in Baltimore last weekend and they have a few sketch-balls
