I will come out straight with you guys. Tmart Offered this light to me for me to do a review. I have thoroughly tested this light and I am writing an honest review for it. No BS. I assure you that I wasn't swayed by this one bit. I will also openly answer any questions that you may have about the light.
This light is a no name brand...but it's cheap, it's bright, and it uses a Cree XM-L T6 LED. The T6 LED can put out at max 1,000 Lumens @ 10W. This light obviously doesn't output 1,000 lumens, but it does beat my much more expensive 300 lumen light and that by it's self is impressive. It also has a Focus/zoom function so that you can have it be either a flood light or a spot light. It can take either a 18650 battery or 3 AAA batteries. There is an adapter for the 3 AAA batteries that isn't in the picture. Also, using 3 AAA batteries makes the light a little bit shorter.
The light has 3 modes. Hi > Low > strobe. It doesn't have memory, but if you leave it off for 30 seconds it will turn back on in High Mode.
Quality of the light is ok...It's not immaculate, but what do you expect for $11.20? It's a working, very bright flashlight. It's already taken a couple drops and it still works perfectly. Seriously, I don't know if there is anything out there for this price that can beat this light. As you can see from the picture above, the light does come with a holster.
Here is a link to the product. Link to the flashlight. Mine did ship from the USA and it only took 4 days to get it with free shipping.
If you guys want anymore information or pictures, I can get it for you. I have it sitting on my desk right now.

There are many factors to look for in a good cheap chinese light.
1.) Good Heat Sink setup.
2.) Battery type
3.) Driver Quality
4.) Driver output
I can confirm that on high mode the light I posted will Draw 2amps @ 4.1 Volts....which is about 8.2 Watts. Not quite the 10W that the LED can handle. Granted, this current was tested at the tail cap and not at the LED. The driver doesn't get hot, so it is rather efficient. There was a liberal amount of thermal paste used and the outside of the body does get warm. So this means that the heat transfer from the LED to the host is good. I can give more information and more photos, including tear downs if wanted.
