Today I just received my flashlight from ledshoppe in plans for a phr or 6x... but man this is one bright light for its size ;D I am not sure what to do lol, maybe have to order a second one.

It took roughly 13 days to get here to SC, came with 2 Rechargeable AAA 1600mAh  As a bonus all for a total of 4.99.
I was surprised on how well this light is built, its heavy and rock solid, threads are smooth and lubed with o-rings, batteries fit in nice and no rattling. It's a twist on twist off type of light. Has a nice pocket clip, I am going to turn this into a phr blu-ray, 'll keep you updated maybe with a tutorial, it's pretty tight in there but it will be worth it, It's almost like Jays micro chrome but shorter and same OD.

Now onto the pictures.

I wonder how you are planning to build a laser in that little light - seems to have very little space inside. I ordered 2 of them myself, just to use as flashlights, for $10 total including 4 of the batteries which are quite okay too.

As far as the led part goes: It seems to have a rather odd led with 3 dies in below one plaque of phosphor. Certainly not 3 watts, rather 0.3, but they are nice little lights to keep lying around just for when you need one.
