go back to the listing and see what the handling time was, like IE said, why wait. it just gives them time to take the funds out of PP and once they are gone, well they are gone. PP cant refund you $$$$ that isnt in their account anymore wish they could make fake PP money and send me some, that'd help out a ton lol

Seller can sell to a friend, friend can pay, leave feedback, get refund. No actual transaction takes place.
All it takes is having other ebay accounts setup to boost that one. Doesn't even take a "friend" just a bunch of accounts.
