Would this brand of battery work ok with 1W Spartan

3.6v GTL LI-ON Peaks at 4.28v 1200mah

Nope don't. Use them the spartan takes 3.0v cr123.

use what the laser is rated for.. if the laser wants cr123a 3.0v .. stick to those, i've seen random posts on battery sites where ppl comment to stay clear of the 3.6's for the spartan unless you wanna dead laser.

I hear these are good, so I just ordered them today for my spartan 1w 447
