Wow! Amazing job. I really want one of those. Is it possible you can make another one and sell it to me?

I have given some thought about doing a two diode buid with a pretty simple technique...basicallymy thoughts were to put two diodes/lenses at 90deg from each other and pointing one at a 45deg mirror and knife edging the second beam over the top of the 45deg mirror...any thoughts on this. It would make for a large head but should be doable...just need to find the right person to machine the head for me...any suggestions on who might be able to build a head for something like this?

It's a great laser. Cuts more than it burns.

I am so happy and amazed with it. It's the center piece of my collection.

Allways great work from Wannaburn.

How much is it? Also what are some powerful hand helds that are water proof?

Why in the world would you want a waterproof 3.5W laser:eek:

The rest of the host wouldn't be a problem to waterproof, but the exit aperture... that would be problematic due to power loss and back reflection.

Most "power" lasers are not waterproof because the waterproof lens would reduce power.
And who would like to lose anything on this monster.

With it's burning cap I can put a hole in 3/8 inch of wood in under a min.
I do let it cool every 15 or 20 sec or so as not to trip the therm.

Oh how much did it cost?
Remember when he said he wouldn't take organs? Didn't say anything about souls.....

Jokeing... PM me if you must know.

Which company specializes in water proof lasers? I guess it doesnt have to be more than
1W but will it still burn things?

Are you asking if a waterproof 1w 445 will burn the answer is yes.
Why not try Lazerer ( the company ) I hear they have good stuff.
