Second Flashlight conversion to 1W 445nm

Hi again,
here the second conversion in a diverent way. The Laserdiode stays fix and the Collimator with three-lenses is moving to fokus. The Driver needs a input Voltage between 7-9Volt and the Output current is 1000mA. The Heatsink ist at my works everytime copper, but here with aktiv cooling by a 5V micro-fan with a size of 17x17mm. I use 2x 16340 LiIon-Akku and the fan runs like a Jet engine

Great build there Raveman!! A hand held laser with active cooling is really cool
Having the 5V micro-fan mounted on the laser, does it run the batteries down quickly or not too bad?

The runtime is ok.....20 - 30 min., after a time between 5-10 min. i make a brake, because it`s better for the small 16340 Batterys..... the Laser is warm but not hot. The better way are the 18650 Batterys, but i don`t want to change the hole construction.
On the bottom there is a separat connector for extended Voltage input with my 2-Cell LiPo`s from the RC-Crawler.......with only one Problem.....it don`t works :yabbmad:.....:thinking: ......opening the Housing again to repair or not ???










The Fokus-Function works ok.....but for the next i make my own construction in a much higher quality........i hate the cheep fucking china quality......sorry.
