Hello,
Mitsubishi has 2 powerful 638nm laser diodes, the ML520G71 and ML520G72 specifically targeting Pico laser projectors.
Do you know if any of the laser projectors already have them?
What kind of red/green diode power would be in something like an AAXA pico projector?

A quick google search shows that the ML520G71 outputs 300mW and the ML520G72 outputs 500mW.

Edit: Sorry, I misread your question. I'll leave this info up though.
