OK. So this is my first official LPF review. I am going to be reviewing Waterproof Adjust Focus Blue Laser Pointer Pen (1 x 18650 Battery) ( 30 Reviews)
US$ 388.14
US$ 190.19 500mW 447nm Waterproof Adjust Focus Blue Laser Pointer Pen (1 x 18650 Battery)
(I paid $96.10)

First Impressions:
The total time from order to at my door was 11 days.. I live in Tampa, FL if that helps anyone.. They literally had my order processed and packaged in less than 48 hours. Quite impressive. I've read online; alot of negativity towards DD, but I decided to try em' out and see where it takes me. The package arrived today at my place of work. It was neatly packaged in a bubblewrap envelope with lots of tape and seemingly alot of thought and care put into packaging. I opened it up, to find a free gift from DD along with my lasers (i ordered a 650nm too). It actually came with instructions, although horrendously translated, I could understand the majority of it. "Avoid any of fierce bump or punch which will cause the uncovered damage on lasers' optical system". lol. Either way, it was shipped in 3 components: a tailcap, battery and host/ laser itself.

Pros:
Incredibly bright
Adjustable Focus
Burns very fast and very hot. (Sliced through newspaper in seconds!, lit a match and a cigarette! WITH GLASSES of course!)
Visible beam, even in broad daylight
Looks like heavy duty construction (aluminum host I think)
Good Heatsinking
Waterproof =)

Cons:

BATTERY IS NOT MARKED! (and i mean NOT marked at all, nothing!)
When focusing, laser may turn off/ short, not really sure. I will investigate.
Charger is in super-chinese... no labels or instructions. Plug in your unmarked Li-Ion battery and just pray it doesnt explode....
Gets hot decently fast. (assuming good heatsinking?)
Heavy. about a pound.

I would love to show yall the LPM stats, but right now im saving up some money for a LaserBee! I will post the "real deal" results when i acquire one.
But.. For a $96.00 laser, its a wonderful device with amazing output. I almost feel like its over 400mW...
Hope i did a good job. Lol. Thank you! Please give me feedback and let me know if i missed anything. Cheers!

Good review. Photos are definitely a MUST though, with any review.

Out of curiosity, what's an "official" review?

do you have any other green lasers that were measured before?
maybe you can use those to "guestimate" the output of this one :D

lol I have a 50mW greenie (a REAL 50mW greenie), Which fires at about 70mW, then stabilizes about 45mW or so.. But comparative brightness, the 445 completely swamps the green output.. and I mean, completely. And I know 50mW of green is already insanely bright! So... I cant really say to much, but yeah ~400-500mW of 445 is incredibly bright. Very disorienting.. lol.
