There are no issue's with charging 2 3.7 Li-on's in series?
Do they both charge equally?

Yes and no. The usb charger I have is made to charge 2 in series, although I usually use my Imax B6 for all my batteries. But in addition, I have a pcb installed in my build. I don't think it balances, but it will cut off if the cells go out of balance. They do have pcb's with balancing, though. This one looks to be about as good as it gets, 8A plus balancing for 2S.

And I'm not using Li-ion batteries (ICR), anyway, I'm using LiMn2O4 (IMR) cells, and they don't have any of the weaknesses that ICR batteries do. I can straight up short these out, and they'll handle it, these are most commonly used in vaporizer pens, and those things just short the batteries out.

The same charge circuits and process still applies to all lithium batteries, so I used the pcb mainly so that I can charge mine with any 9v power supply, and not overcharge the batteries. I can over discharge these until the cows come home, as far as amps go, as long as I don't get them below 3v, they are good to go, and I don't think even doing that will hurt them, these are used in vape pens.
