Hello!
Pending the arrival of microboost driver, I'll present my new job.
This is the body to use the green laser, which unfortunately broke.
The host is titanium.
So here you have pictures of the new laser, this time M140 blue diode partner purchased the DTR.
The heatsink is not finished yet. It only remains to drill the hole and reduce the diameter to 23mm.
Both the power button and the front plug glow in the dark.
When you have completed the laser put more pictures.

Forgive for my bad English. I use the google translator

Greetings!

Added pictures with the finished project!

Noooo. This is my first laser 445. And I suppose the latter. hehehe. But if you come to Spain I'll buy you a beer or coffee ;)

Right now the project is on hold.
I have problems with the temperature of the driver.
As you know, titanium does not dissipate heat well. The laser body is titanium.
Although the driver is attached to the copper becomes very hot. Turn perfectly, but after a while the laser flashes due to temperature protection. I'm thinking just adjust the driver 1A, but here in Spain is almost impossible to find SMD resistor R510.

We will see that I can do ...

Greetings!

Re: New Project 445 (TIMACHINE) FINISHED

Finally, and after so long, I got a new diode DTR as the former was burned.
The problems are solved practically temperature. Just a matter of respecting the cycles on and off.
On = 2 minutes max
Off = at least 30 seconds

Thank you!

Nice work on converting the dead green to a 445. I hope that your new diode has a long life. It should, since you have the duty cycle figured out.

Thank you!

The host I use for green laser, but as I burn, I decided to use a diode 445.

Greetings!
