A FAC lense would be seen across the emition area , it looks like uncorrected diode to me .

What was the divergence like, was it worse with the larger emitter?:beer:
I haven't had a chance yet to see how the divergence is. I'll have it fully tested like the way DTR does later today. Even if this diode doesn't turn out to be more powerful than the 44 and just has less divergence that wouldn't be a bad thing.
