New Blue laser 1w+

Well, after my Lazerer 100mw stick burnt out, I have been looking for a new laser. I have a few ebay pens with varying power levels, but I want something that isn't green with a little more power. This is when I started looking at blue pointers. I looked at laserbtb and sci-fi lasers, and both are very good for the price (looking for something around $100 +- $20). I also might want to just build one. What are your suggestions?

I recommend the Sci-Fi lasers SF501B 445nm laser. You can pick power anywhere from 1W to 2.3W I think, with the 1W being $95USD. I don't actually have one yet, but it's on the way
