sorry im half asleep and i think i have some laser damage in my eye not good. the green one has a cooling fan from a laptop. the driver i made, it was for a 405nm diode i had but broke so the only thing good i did was to keep the driver schematic which drives up to 1 amp so i cant brake the diode now because its 2w.if u want the schematics for driver ill send it to anyone that wants it

Yeah, that looked to me like the typical linear driver (with the IC hidden under that clip I guess) also, if your driving the diode @ 1A, that doesn't mean you are outputing 2W.. no where near it. (1A gives around 900mW-1W, IIRC 1.7A-1.8A gives around 2W)

Also, how did you manage to get eye damage? where you not using the proper goggles and were shinning it into your eyes?

last night i was finishing the red one and it wasent turning on so i look into it and it turns on and i dont have safety glasses for it. it might go away i hope and i no that its running at 1w because of the driver but that means i cant overpower it thats wht i want. thats how all my other diodes died i like your blue laser you made did you make the host

First off, go see an eye doctor as soon as possible. after that invest in laser safety goggles for 650nm and 445nm.
its your vision, and once you lose it you never get it back. from what you describe you probably did cause some damage, but dont rely on my post for a medical diagnosis. GO SEE A REAL DOCTOR AND DO IT NOW!

about the blue laser, yes, machined the host at home.

With all that extra room you could add some more heatsinking material, and use a dual driver set up for a 2W Set-up...Esp on the one with a Fan.

That should be good enough. Just make sure the pot is large, the resistor is rated for 2W, and the lm317 has a big heat sink
