Not completed yet, but I'm going for a clean setup with a sweet Pelican case to boot. I've even got a pair of brass master locks to keep it closed. Charger cord fits underneath charger. I couldn't have asked for a more perfectly sized case!

Thought I'd share some pics of it so far: Let me know what you think :)

Looks like a sweet start. I am looking into getting a Pelican Storm IM2200 so I can store all my lasers and flashlights in one case.

I like the laser label, where did you make it?

I found the label on google images, and just photoshopped in the 3 for the wattage. I'm having a hard time trying to find it on google images, but if you want the original image or photoshop file, please ask!

Ah, I thought maybe you were able to locate a label generator. I am looking for one. I guess I will just have to photoshop one for now.

Removed anodizing on the inside of cap and the threads to create a ground.

Mag's are stock host negative and are designed to work like that already lol. Stripping anodizing is a little unnecessary but I guess it cant hurt except for possibly making the threads a little less smooth. I would suggest chemical anodizing removal next time instead of abrasive removal just to be nice to the host and threads.

Actually mine was poorly grounded stock (it's also a brand new Maglite). It would only ground if you screwed the cap on all the way which is hard to do with the Feilong 32650 cells. My implementation is perfect and works much better than the stock Maglite setup. I used the soft bristle Dremel wire wheel which doesn't really remove any metal and the threads are smooth as glass still. :beer:

Cool stuff. All that matters is if it makes a nice ground and does so while still being smooth.
