Thanks

I got so many pics and video over the years... I basically keep
a diary of my projects etc. Excellent for visual reference.

Figured its about time I make a video for some of the more fun
stuff... Just need to add more beamshots.. too few in that one.

Holly crap.... I just saw the Video of your 3.2Watt 445nm Build...
Very Impressive machining skills....
Those twisted wires look very clean and professional...
And the output power of your build is also quite impressive....
I hope you didn't test the output on your LaserBee I....
You should put those videos on your Website if you haven't
already done so...

Thanks

Actually the 3.2W is the laser creating flame on the wood.. The other labby
with the 4 LD array is still being finished.. I just added the pics to the video
but will be making another when its complete.

The 4 LD array will be on the order of 6.4W when pushed to its upper
limit. A safer current will still yield 5W @ 1.25W per LD.

To test these, I used my LB-! LPM, but 1 LD at a time after the optics...
Then simply add the outputs...

This way all the losses are accounted for by measuring the output beam of each.

Ive decided to add TEC and a controller for the larger arrays. I started setting up
the optics then stopped.. A TEC I think would be a good idea for a 5 ~ 6W laser.

That labby will get its very own video
