I guess so. My 100mw green laser looks close as bright as my 1W 445nm. Would be nice to check the divergence for those

In terms of visibility, what can you farther? The 1W 445 or the 100mW Green? If possible can you also take account of the beam divergence so I know what can be seen farther? Better yet, if you can give me approx. distance in whatever unit that can give me a better reference.

The green will be much more visible at a greater distance and 445 has horrible divergence.
Why in the world did you bump a 5 month old post? This info is readily available if look around. At the bottom of the page is a Google search bar. It is the best way to find information on LPF.

compared to a green laser how bright do you think LZSK - 445nm 300mW Focusable Blue Laser Pointer the 300mw 445nm laser would be? would it be as bright as a 5mw...or a 50mw? also how do you think the divergence is on it?
