you could buy a much better laser in the "buy. sell and trade " section here for less price And not have to deal with china.

I agree it is a bit on the high side but the host is quite stylish. :)

the main reason i like it is the matching lens heads.plus combo kit.w glasses.
your lasers are all very nice but none of them offer combos kits on their sites.
most folks would prefer to buy american anyway.

i may not have a clue just speaking as a newb.

This thread is a little old...regardless, I own a 1.5W (LPM'd at 1615mW) Rifle from Lazerer, with the full kit, and it is a very good setup. The Rifle host is nice, however the laser has been KIA since a wire detached from the diode. Difficult to re-solder around the glue/thermal paste. Seems like the inside is very fragile, with a solid host. I bought mine as a second-owner, from here in the US.

Make a search on Rick Trent and take a look to his kits, they come with everything you need, goggles included, priced right and much better than the Chinese stuff.

thanks for the reply.im seriously wanting to buy one and i feel the forum is limited on the subject.lol.
i wish the folks would just come right out and say the reasonable burning distance that can be expected from different lasers.
i want to set dead grass or leaf piles on fire.
sometimes i soak wood piles with gas to get them burning good and i want to do it with a laser instead of a match or rag.
ive been reading comments on here about 30 feet for a blue 1500.
do you know if thats correct.
