Thanks guys.

I will NEVER convert a toy xD the toy-glove isnt even made for this I just noticed.
AS long as I got my own ideas, I will keep on fabricating the stuff coming out of my head ;-)

The LEDs just had to be in there, because the outer ring would look way too empty without em. Matter of design... :)

Thinkin about another one and dual wield xDD

Maybe I am wrong, but its not that easy to mount a laser on a glove like that. Its a glove...textiles...good fit, but not hard enough to srew the damn laser on. So it would be kinda unsafe. Wobbling around laser-module...I dont know. Even my design is REALLY crazy and a hair in the saftey-dudes soup.

The diode needs a good sink. At least a block of alu or brass...copper. Thats My housing is pressed into the inner ring. Still gets pretty warm pretty fast. You cant run it for 2 minutes without a break.

Thanks :)

I just prefer metal. Even if its not for heat-transfer. Metal feels better in your hand.

I really appreciate the work that went into your design! Very futuristic looking. Thanks for posting it.
Maybe you will inspire someone to do a Green Lantern ring using fiber. :)

Thanks.
Not sure if a ring would work ;-)

But cuttin my arm off and replacing it with a prostesis holding a fold-out laser should be even cooler than an Iron Man Glove xD

No problem! =]]]]

I totally agree, not many of the comics caught my eye, but when the movies came out, it became my obsession!

Actually I just wanted to make a small-as-possible handheld laser. And the biggest and most unnecessary part of a gun is the grip. So the idea didnt came from the movie actually, but after the idea it was crystalclear how it should look like and that it MUST remind people of Iron Man. Never meant to copy his glove.

XD what can say but: I am 27, and I could do this all day. I ordered FIFTY black ballons, just to have one available anytime I feel it in my hand xDD
Kicking one up in the air.....BOOM.
