How do I fix my Arctic?

It sounds as if the lens might be loose, if you've proper safety goggles, try turning the laser on without an end cap and watch the lens as you move the laser up and down. If it does move I suggest perhaps a tiny, tiny bit of teflon tape around the threads to keep it steady. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, and will be in contact if that doesn't help.

I only have the WL goggles that came with the laser and from what I've heard, they aren't sufficient for protection, so I'll be avoiding your suggestion until I get some new gogglesI could try a small amount of teflon tape though. I'll give that a shot right now and post back with my results.
EDIT: Once I pulled the lens out to put some teflon tape around it, I heard a clicking noise. On the back side of the lens was another screw tightening thingy and that part was lose. I got some tweezers out and tightened it up and the problem is solved. I avoided the teflon tape because when I fix things, I like to try one thing at a time to narrow it down. The first thing I tried worked. Thanks for the tip Prototype... Image below is what I tightened up.
You have an old style lens. You can improve the output with a nice beam profile using an Aixiz 405/445 coated lens, or an O-like 405/445 lens. I actually use the O-like in mine, it gives me a little more power than the Aixiz. You can get it here.
Or if you really want the max power with a little wider beam, Jayrob sells the 405-G-1 lens for $55.
