Default Good value 445 nm goggles?

I'm getting in on the 445 nm action, and i wonder what goggles people here are using as eye protection. Since 445 is relatively new as a high power wavelenght, i am somewhat confused about which goggles to get.

Anti-green (532) goggles may or may not offer much protection, i have no means of determining that though, so i'm open to suggestions.

I'm not easily scared by laser output power, but since these things are pushing well into the class 4 range, i'd like to have something that offers at least 100 fold reduction reliably and sustainably.

Interesting - but still a bit unclear about what o-like is currently shipping - are those any good, or not?

For the 445 i want OD2 or better protection guaranteed to work, preferably closer to OD3 if affordable.

I notice the Dragon Lasers Glasses look the same as the new O-Like ones and maybe very good. Got the Dragon Laser glasses and work 2 times better then the Wicked Laser ones.

What are the lenses made of, glass or plastic?

I wonder how long it would take a 1 watt laser to chew a whole through them, or bleach out the protective dye.

If you want u can open a thread for people to donate me $20 (excl. shipping) for an O-Like goggle murder candidate. I make the HD video with my LPM and melt it.

The Wicked glasses are around OD2. They aren't enough though. You can't see the dot really well to focus, its too overpowering and its uncomfortably bright. Not to mention they dont fit over glasses and a direct hit would cost you a few retinal cells. At best I would consider them sub par spectator goggles for when you want to show someone the laser but they aren't going to be close to the dot.

I have $3 safety glasses you can get at princess auto, which aren't designed for lasers, but really work. I wish I could show you pictures but my camera is broken. They are yellow, they block 405 completely (no dot on other side of glasses), and they block 445 even better. If you do not live in Canada, you may be able to find them at a hardware store, or at harbor freight if you live in the USA. They also have UV 400 protection, which is probably why it blocks violet so well.
