Hi people
Finally, I've completed the first laser!
Auorora SH032 445nm
I can't measure the power(because I don't have LPM) maybe it's 1.6~1.8W

I can't speak English well(I'm Korean) So I'll just show you a picture.

this SH032 host is common but it's awesome!

Assembly :
  • Auorora SH032 host
  • DTR M140 diode with leads
  • Moh's round driver 1.62A
  • Moh's aluminum heatsink(I love Moh's products)
  • 3 element glass lens
  • 3/4 focus adapter
  • copper driver heatsink

I put this together with thermal adhesive
(and I have terrible soldering skill:D)

I'm really happy to complete this laser.
And I'm planning to making a red and blue(445nm) one again.

and thank you all who answer the question to make this laser.:)

I bought this on ebay
it's not exactly for laser driver it's for small computer parts
so I have to cut and grind it to fit size.
it's performance is good but making it to fit size is really hard process

thank you
