This is my first blue laser build
I used one of dtrs 9mm blue laser diodes with lens holder
the host and heat sink are from zero lasers, and i polished it up
the driver is one of Rick Trents 2.4 amp drivers with 4 modes, high, medium, low, strobe
I would have to say its at least 3 w give or take and the medium setting is about 2 w then low is like 500 mw and strobe is 2.5 w, its all a guess, i don't have a lpm
If your wondering whats the washer, its because the diode doesn't sit all the way in and it leaves a gap in between the two aluminum heat sinks, so the washer is to take up space, the washer is 90% silver and 10% copper, its made from an old nickle
I would add more beam shots, but i can only have a maximum of 8 photos sorry
