Hi, I just want to know if this will work:

Battery: 14500
Host: Cree C3

I've a bad english but if I understood this white wire going to the Spring of the switch.

Yes, the diagram you provided will work.

In a case negative configuration with the MicroBoost, the negative input can be connected to the case pin since the diode is case neutral.
Here is a copy/paste from the manual:
Unlike many other drivers, the battery negative (-) connection and the diode – (cathode) connections are NOT
continuous. As such, the diode anode and cathode must be electrically isolated from the laser casing, if the casing is
connected to a battery terminal.

This means that the diode cannot be used as case negative with the case pin connected to the negative output like with a MicroFlex. The negative input must be connected to the battery negative, so the negative input is connected to the case, which is connected to the battery negative through the switch.

Yes, your draw can work, for a tail switch host, at the condition that you carefully insulate the driver from the case ..... if any part of your driver touch the case, you burn it, or the diode, or both .....

Oh, more one question, have any way to remove a diode inside a aixiz module?

It depend, if the diode is burned, just push it out with a nail and a hammer, if instead it's still working and you want to save it, there was an user that was selling press tools for take them out from the aixiz modules ..... or, at least, you need a steel piece of tube with inside diameter of 3,8mm, and outside diameter of 4,5mm (is all the space that you have between the diode and the module, minus a few tolerance), and a spacer to place rear the module ..... with them and a vise, you can slowly push out the diode without break it .....

Yep, a hammer and a cylindrical block of something.

But removing the diode and keeping it in a usable state is extremely hard.

I've had good success with pushing a diode out slowly using a vice and a solid metal rod on the face of the diode (might crack diode windows though, I've only tried on some Sure module red laser diodes, which have no window). Worth a try anyways if you don't want to pay for a diode press tool.

Its not the best way but I have successfully pushed out a diode with a 22 shell that was shot I cut a notch in the side of the shell and bent it in to the correct diameter not the best way by far but it worked for me
