445nm Diodes
A-140, A-130, M-140, H1600, Osram PL450B, 9mm
test's not done by me they came from LPF or google
mW is effected by the lens as well
not all diodes exactly the same

A-130 & A-140

M-140

I was unable to find a graph for this diode but I know 500mA=500mW

Does anyone know on average how probable it is to have a m140 at 1.5a with a g2 actually output 2w? or at least what the average output for 1.5-1.6a?
