Or thereabouts. I used the Playmates phaser, a Micro Flex driver cranked up as high as I could get it to go on my dummyload, fit into a standard 12mm Aixiz module case, a matching Aixiz coated lens, and this cheap heatsink I found, which is mostly what I wanted to show. I love the parts Jayrob makes for this build, they are a lot nicer, but this was less than half the cost to build. I really did it, after I saw this heatsink, it just popped into my head, and I had to try it. I cut out the battery compartment to fit a 18650 cell, and cut off the end where the front end cap goes on. I also used a smaller speaker, but I did that to accomidate an overkill switch for the trigger that used to be a starter button for a car. The tip is the tip of a glue bottle ca glued to the focusing ring, it glows a really cool blue. I drilled through the knob on top, which I wired to arm the main power, and stuck the original tip through, and put a blue led under there, sorta like Jayrob did, but that's excessive. All in all I like how this turned out, considering the budget I built it with.

How about a movie showing it in action?
This turns out to be nearly impossible for me to do. I had to do it with my cellphone, and by myself. I tried lighting a match with it first, an easy trick, but not and film it at the same time, appearantly. So all I managed was to pop a baloon, at least I could hit that, and half ass aim the camera at the same time.
