Howdy all I thought you might like to see what I did last night this will be short.
I put together a dual V5 driver set-up with a very efficent 445 diode and a nice copper heatsink and set the drivers to 850ma each.
with a Aixiz 405 glass lens it's putting out 1899mW and with a 405-G-1 it puts out a whopping 2107 Mw

Holy moly! (@)__(@) You're feeding them with 1899/1900mA YIKES!! And I though i was overdoing mine in your maxsink at 1875mA! I get just around 2.0-2.1W peak. I use the die4driver v1.3 driver.

Great work Jeff and a nice find. 2100mW @ 1700mA. That is one efficient diode.:eg: Great find and a sweet host for it.

ive seen 3 of youre newest post of youre custom builds," my opinion " hands down they are the best ones ive read, and ive read alot. thanks for youre post, i just built my first dual micro laser and looking at you pics helped me alot.

Thanks guys it was a lot of fun putting this one together as ther isn't very
much room inside of a SH-032 host once you get the heatsink in there :crackup:
