Not quite that much, its more like 1W 445nm = 99.270mw green, but everyone's eyes are a little different so people perceive it differently.
See here, this was calculated using Chroma taking Rayleigh scattering into the equation. Very interesting read.

I'd agree with udanis; 200-300mW. The brightest green laser I have is about 150mW (on a good day) and it isn't nearly as bright as my 925mW 445nm laser.
Our eyes only perceive 445nm about 30-40% as bright relative to the green light peak. So you can crudly equate them by:
.3 X (mW of 445nm) = (mW of 532nm)

my 445 is around 1600ma and it completely overpowers my 90mw green.

Glad I came across this thread. I've been wondering about a basis for comparing green and 445 blue.
I really can't wait for the green diodes to come out like the 445nm and 638nm diodes.
