These are 1-1.3 watt (1,150mW +/- 150mW), focusable 445nm lasers in the Aurora C6-style host that use all variants of the rechargeable or disposable CR123A batteries currently available. They can also use 2 x 18650 batteries with our battery tube extension accessory.

These lasers can be assembled in 5-10 minutes with no soldering or special mechanical skills required. The only tool necessary is an Allen wrench which is supplied with the package. A complete LPF build and performance review of the laser bundle can be read here.

Read a compilation of customer reviews on this laser here.

1) The $139 445nm 1-1.3W LPF Laser Bundle

Please note that these offers do not include laser safety goggles. If you do not already have appropriate safety goggles you will need to order them separately.

One of the great things about Survival Laser builds is that you get the satisfaction of constructing your own laser without risking a bad soldering job or worse. I test every diode and driver module for function and performance with a Laserbee II laser power meter, and they are certified to meet or exceed the stated output power level with the standard lens. Output with a G-1 lens will be at least 10-15% higher. I also offer a 30 day guarantee on the bundles.

The stock heatsinks are natural ($139 bundle) or blue anodized ($190 bundle) aluminum, and a copper heat sink upgrade is available for an additional $10 when ordered with the parts bundles.

Indoor beam shot, no fog:

The beam is fantastic and can be seen in a fully lit room. Outside at night it is especially impressive and as one customer says it is a "tear-through-the-night-sky beam". Burning characteristics are exactly what you would expect from a laser of this power and with focusing capability. Another nice feature of this design is its light weight and compact profile. It fits in the optional holster accessory like a glove and can be carried with you anywhere.

Other accessories currently available include extra RCR123A batteries and charger, 18650 batteries and charger, four different laser safety goggles, a tripod, a battery extension tube that allows the use of two 18650 Li-ion batteries, and an extended length focusing ring.

Appropriate laser safety goggles MUST be worn when using the completed laser!! Survival Laser sells Eagle Pair® laser safety goggles which can be previewed on the Survival Laser "Laser Accessories" page. Please read the instructions and safety information included with the bundles (which is also posted in PDF format near the bottom of the Survival Laser home page), before assembly and use.

Interested members please PM me with your order for these LPF special bundles. I normally have all products in stock and ship within 24 hours or the next business day. International Priority Mail shipment is $10 additional, Express Mail international $35.

Thanks!

Hiya! Purchased a pair of goggles.

Will I get a tracking number?

PayPal/USPS will send you an email with a tracking number when it ships. If you selected Priority Mail shipping the tracking is basically delivery confirmation. Express Mail features full shipment tracking but costs more.

Okay. And when can I expect a delivery confirmation? Sorry if asking lots of question - but I love to track packages.

Your order will likely ship on Tuesday after I return from a trip to northern Nevada.

received the parcel today, it's incredible for the this money !!!!!!
thank you so much and good luck in sales! :lasergun::gj:

Just wanted to drop in here quick and give a little mini-review on the $139 package in case someone is on the fence--just get it! :)

The $139 kit is great for someone who doesn't solder much and wants to build a nice high-power setup. Or, maybe you're like me in that you solder a lot, and just wanted to put something together quick that you know will work. This does both. The shipping is super-quick and is priced low, unlike many places these days.

The stock laser is great as-is with your standard A123 batteries. If you shop around, you can get these for $1 each + shipping. I tried some protected CR123 batteries and they do not fit--too long. I'd suggest ordering the Survival Laser extension tube at the same time with your LPF445 discount, so that you can eventually upgrade to protected 18650 batteries which fit fine. I put in the Ultrafire 3000mAh batteries and when they run low, the laser will start to blink.

There's nothing wrong with the un-protected Ultrafire batteries; that is just my preference to use protected cells. As an EE (Electrical Engineer) I use Lithium batteries a lot in my R/C models and know what can happen if they are overcharged or shorted (fire, explosion) or over discharged (need to be jump started--kinda risky). If you are careful, unprotected cells are cheaper.

So my only recommendations to this great easy-to-builld product would be: press fit copper heat sinks as an option (no Aixiz module), Survival Laser selling the cheap Titanium 123 batteries, and protected 18650's.

Now I need to upgrade my outdated digital camera so I can get some good beam shots. :)

Thanks for the nice review! :)

A press fit heatsink was an option that was considered early on, but it wouldn't work with our modular design without some way to disconnect the leads between the diode and the driver, and that was eventually deemed unacceptable.

I would be hard for us to compete with the Battery Junction prices on the Titanium batteries. Related to that, I found that the Titanium batteries work but give slightly lower optical output for some reason. It also seemed to drop faster over time.

To have a press-fit option, I figured you'd have to ship it in something where the wires remain fixed to the pill and heat sink/diode module. Like a piece of hose for example. But then you're right, it's not as modular or easily fixed without a diode press and soldering iron.

Ok on the batteries too; I see you figured out my source. :) If Titanium batteries are no good, maybe you could sell the bulk Streamlight batteries or something similar. Not to be competitive, but still cheaper than Walmart/Target etc. for a "plug in and go" option. Just a thought.

Let me/us know if you also sell a red kit deal in the future. Green, I'll probably just buy one of those assembled from Optotronics next year.

Thanks!

We do offer a pair of Energizer EL 123s for $4.99, which is about 1/2 the price of Walmart. They work better than the Titaniums in our testing.

And there are a couple of 660nm red bundles on the webstore, and a 635nm build is coming soon.

I can't seem to find the $139 priced laser on the site. I know that we have the 10% off code, but that still doesn't make the cheapest one, $139. And also, someone recently put up a review of the "200mW or 1000mW $139" laser, like he was able to change between the two power settings. I'm sorry, I must be missing something. Hope to be explained too soon!

These are special bundles that are only available on LPF when you contact me by PM. The low power mode is accomplished by using a single fully charged 18650 battery.
