Kit Contents
1x Hotlight host
1x Nylon belt holster
1x Custom heat sink
2x Flaminpyro silicone leads (while supplies last)
1x Hex wrench (for heat sink's set screw)

So no it doesnt. You will need a diode, module, driver, lens, battery. mw of the laser would depend on what diode/driver combo you choose. Read up on the stickies to get an idea of what different options you have when it comes to the diodes and drivers.
