Yes he does, you must be patient and wait. Not everybody on the forums is on the internet all day every day, some people have jobs and other hobbies. This hobby requires a steady hand and a ton of patience!

Yes, I am still offering the Sanyo/Panasonic cells. I should catch all PM's by the next day.

Panasonic has bought Sanyo, so they are the same company now.

Hi Larry - thanks for these great batteries! I got them yesterday and they are excellent. I appreciated that you shipped them fully charged

I tested them with the method of DrLava: Test Results - they really have a very low internal resistance for long and powerful operation

Thanks again and Rep+ for these excellent batteries.

I have a small question, i'm about to order an 18650 battery along with a charger but I'm wondering: does the charger need to have 2 batteries placed in it in order to charge them? I'm asking because I have some AA and AAA chargers but they can't charge a single battery, they require to have at least 2 placed on them. So, can your charger charge a single battery at a time or will I have to buy 2 batteries? Thank you.

No, you can charge 1 battery only if you want. But don't make the same mistake as me(not really a mistake), but I only bought one 18650 sanyo off of larry a short time ago, when I should have bought ten. These are THE best 18650's I have ever had, and are very high quality.

Also Larry is an awesome guy with his business/sales. I emailed him a day or two after I ordered saying I never got a notification from PP that they had been shipped, and by that time, the battery was in my mailbox. Just awesome. He told me it shipped the very next morning after he got my order.

Very very good batteries, with very very good customer service.

Well I can't wait to get them. I just got an Ultrafire WF-139 charger Friday (it charges to 4.19V ) and I decided to get some nice batteries for it. I may buy more if my lasers and XM-L get along well with them.

you need two cr123's for a survival laser. Using an 18650 will give you about 150mW, instead of the intended 1.2W your probably looking for.

Yes I know But it might be handy to use the laser now and then with les power. So I thought I'd buy a 18650 to. So should I take the Sanyo/Panasonic or the LG?

I have a few of the sanyo's, and they are top notch. I would suggest them 1,000 times over again

Ok so they must be good, but what is the major difference between the two. I saw that the sanyo's are for boost drivers. But the survival laser doesn't have a boost driver right? So wouldn't the battery destroy the laser in some sort of way?
