Yeah I normally include all of the extra parts, but in the disassemble, that LED got dislodged from the little star sink, and got ruined...

My mistake. I forgot to throw one of my extra's in there...

that 405 lens cost 20 bucks at hightechdealz.com.

this is so over priced for the individual stuff but the kit may be worth it.

I hope you are saying that hightechdealz.com is way overpriced. That $20 405 lens is the same that Jay is selling here for $11. Aixiz actually calls it a ultra-violate lens coated for 400-500nm. I think you may be confusing a 405-G-1 with a 405 Aixiz Glass lens. There is a huge difference.

W4NX and I received the unit - copper heat sink, hot option, and the 405-g-1 glass. Fantastic kit! The machine work is top shelf - no roughage, clean fit, and it, along with a 445nm diode went together without a hitch. 1050 mw measured with nospin's LPM. The focusing is smooth and holds its position well. Managed to punch some holes in a matchstick far smaller than fine sewing needles.
Jay did a great job with the machine work AND with my impatience to get the unit.

Value advertised = value received....a rarity in this day and time.

Thanks Jay.

I received my P19 and it turned out great :D I ordered mine with the Copper HS, and got his 405-G1 to give it a extra boost. This kit feels great to hold and has and with the battery has an excellent weight feel to it.

Flexdrive is pushing 700mA to the 445.

The coolest feature is that the laser has an actively focusing head and mine has a cool looking beauty ring ;) (reminds me of the stock wheels on my '68 cougar)

This kit overall is awesome, couldn't be happier with it :D Thanks again Jay
