These hosts are still for sale, right?
I also have a question about them:
If I make it case negative, is there a spring or something on the tail to make contact with the negative side of the battery?

Yes, I have them.

They do not include a spring, so you will have to put one either at the switch end, or the tail cap. One or the other...

After I bought the host, I saw Mohrenberg's modules for sale, so I bought one for this build since he's selling them for such a good deal. I don't have a good camera, but here are some pics. It's an lpc with a rckster
I'm waiting on some 10440 batteries, though

ya, i put in two regular AAA's, and made sure that there was also a little bit of extra space for 10440's, too
